White announced record bonuses at UFC 300

Ahead of UFC 300, which takes place on the night of April 14 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, USA, promotion CEO Dana White announced that the show will feature a record $300,000 in bonuses.

The decision was made during a press conference before UFC 300. Previously, some fighters had called for increased bonuses for the historic event, which will feature 12 current and former champions.

White: "What level should they be raised to?"

Fighters: "$300,000 dollars!"

White: "$300,000 dollars. Done!"

It is noted that this time the fighters will compete for two "Performance of the Night" bonuses, with two more bonuses going to the two "Fight of the Night" contestants.
