Charles Oliveira, former UFC lightweight champion, has revealed why he cried ahead of his fight with Beneil Dariush.
"I feed off of that. I wasn't crying because I was sad. I was experiencing happiness with what I have today. Looking back, I remember where I was and where I am now. There was a time when I didn't have the ability to eat, didn't have a bicycle. And look what I was able to accomplish. You just close your eyes and mentally go back to those times, so I cried. I cried last night after training," Oliveira told ESPN MMA.
