After twelve rounds, the judges scored the meeting 117-111, 119-109, and 120-108. The fight was one-sided from the start, with the Japanese boxer dominating, but he couldn't win by knockout.
This victory was Inoue's fourth this year and his first performance in Saudi Arabia. This spring, he is set to face Junto Nakatani in Japan.
