Logan Paul, Jake Paul's brother, addressed the fans who criticize Jake for his boxing style against Anthony Joshua.
"You guys are so dumb. Most people don't understand boxing. It's an energy-saving strategy. And Floyd Mayweather built his career on this. When Anthony Joshua leaned on Jake, he went down on one knee. Many thought, 'Oh, Jake is trying to take him down.' I even saw comments like, 'He tried to go to the ground...' No! I shouted then: 'Stop! This isn't wrestling!' He wasn't trying to do a takedown at all.
What he was actually doing—and I saw this in sparring and asked him: 'Why are you constantly going down on one knee when a big guy is leaning over you?' He replied: 'They are so heavy that holding them is a huge waste of energy. If I end up under them, and they start leaning on me, I just go down on one knee. Why should I waste energy holding them? Just to get exhausted?'
