Eddie Hearn, the promoter of former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, has revealed who should be the British boxer's next opponent. According to Eddie, it will be former Glory champion Rico Verhoeven.
“This will be a fight in February or March, and then, I hope, a matchup with Tyson Fury. Rico is the name we are considering, but ultimately, we will look at all the offers that are currently pouring in from all sides. We need a fight that will prepare us for a matchup with Fury, a stylistically very challenging opponent.”
