Terence Crawford reacted sharply to the WBC's decision to strip him of his championship belt due to non-payment of fees.
"I see Mauricio talking a lot about how I didn't pay him three hundred thousand dollars, plus another one hundred something thousand for sanction fees. And then he says I have to apologize. Who do you think you are? Dude, I'm not paying you anything. What are you even talking about? Why do you think you're better than other sanctioning organizations? Answer the question. What makes you better than the WBO, IBF, or WBA? Everyone accepted the amount I offered them, but the WBC thinks it's better than everyone else, right?
