Anthony Joshua (28-4, 25 KO) will have to worry not only about a random punch from Jake Paul (12-1, 7 KO), but also about his own weight. This is stipulated in his contract, even though the fight will take place in the heavyweight category. The former two-time world heavyweight champion will not weigh more than 245 pounds, or 111.1 kg. He hasn't weighed this little since the two fights with Oleksandr Usyk, both of which he lost on points.
However, it seems that the Brit should not have any problems with this. In his last fight, in September last year, AJ weighed 114.4 kg. Thus, he only needs to lose 3.3 kg. The rest is expected in this fight — eight three-minute rounds, a fight that will be included in the official records, and 10-ounce gloves.
We remind you the fight will take place on December 19 in Miami and will be available on Netflix.
