Terence Crawford's Staggering Net Worth Revealed: "I Never Thought I'd See This Day"

Right now, there's a big gap between the two fighters' net worths. Canelo's sitting pretty with about $300 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. Crawford's not doing too shabby either, with an estimated $20-25 million to his name.

Crawford, nicknamed 'Bud', has had a perfect run in the ring so far. He's won all 41 of his professional fights, with 31 of those wins coming by knockout. At 37 years old, he's still at the top of his game.

His biggest payday came last year when he fought Errol Spence Jr. on July 29, 2023, at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Crawford walked away with a cool $25 million after knocking out Spence in the ninth round. He kept his WBO welterweight belt and added the WBA, WBC, and IBF belts to his collection.

"I'm the only fighter in boxing history to be undisputed in two weight classes in the four-belt era," Crawford said after the fight. "Who else can say that? Nobody."

The upcoming fight with Canelo could add another $10 million to Crawford's bank account. It's a big step up in weight for Crawford, but he's ready for the challenge.

"I've been waiting for this moment my whole career," Crawford said at the press conference announcing the fight. "I'm going to show the world why I'm pound-for-pound the best fighter on the planet."

Win or lose, Crawford's net worth will likely go up after this fight. But he's got a long way to go before he catches up to Canelo's $300 million. Still, for a kid from Omaha who started boxing at 7 years old, he's done pretty well for himself.
