Turki Al al-Sheikh wants to organize a fight between Chisora and Opetaia

Francis admitted that he has already consulted with the IBF regarding the possible transition of his boxer to heavyweight and received assurances that if Opetaia moves up in weight class, he will take third place in the heavyweight ranking, where Chisora currently occupies the second position.
