Tommy Fury has opened up about a tough time in his life, sharing how his relationship with Molly-Mae Hague fell apart and how they've since gotten back together.
The 26-year-old boxer and reality TV star faced personal struggles after a hand injury. This led to depression and heavy drinking, which caused problems at home. Things got so bad that Fury ended up living alone, going through what he calls the toughest time of his life.
In August 2023, Fury's relationship with influencer Molly-Mae Hague broke down. The couple, who got engaged earlier that year and have a 2-year-old daughter named Bambi, split up due to Fury's personal issues.
Fury got real about the breakup in a new docuseries called "Tommy: The Good. The Bad. The Fury" on BBC Three. He admitted:
"I mean, I probably would've walked away from me too."
The show reveals that Fury's dad, John Fury, actually encouraged Molly-Mae to leave. He thought it would push Tommy to make real changes in his life.
Now, Fury and Hague have worked things out. They're keeping their private life private and living away from the spotlight. Fury says:
"So, in terms of my family life, everything is private now between me and Molly, and we're in the happiest place possible. And that's all that anyone needs to know."
Looking back on the tough times, Fury shared:
"It was a tough moment in my life, but everything happens for a reason. I'm not happy that I went through that, but I'm grateful for the lessons that I've learned, and I don't think I would've known half of what I know about myself if I never went through that."
These days, Fury is back in the gym, training, and in shape. His family is back together, and he and Molly-Mae are reportedly happier than ever. They're keeping their relationship private, focusing on what matters most to them.
