Errol Spence Jr's boxing future remains uncertain. The 35-year-old fighter from Long Island, New York, hasn't stepped into the ring since July 2023 when he lost to Terence Crawford.

Spence's defeat to Crawford was a tough blow. He lost his WBC, WBA, and IBF welterweight titles in a one-sided fight. It marked the first loss of his professional career.

Earlier this year, there was talk about Spence facing Sebastian Fundora, the unified WBC and WBO super-welterweight champion. But that fight didn't happen. Now, Fundora is getting ready for a rematch with Tim Tszyu.

Frank Martin, a boxer Spence has promoted since his fight with Gervonta Davis, gave an update on Spence's situation in a recent interview. Martin said:

"Errol's staying in the gym. But coming back isn't really on his mind right now. He's focused on his family and investing in his future. He's buying land and isn't too worried about boxing at the moment."

If Spence does come back, he'll likely move up to super-welterweight. But at 35, time isn't on his side if he wants to become a two-weight world champion.

For now, "The Truth" seems content with life outside the ring. He's investing in his family and his future, showing there's more to a fighter's life than just boxing.
