The legendary Manny Pacquiao did not include Floyd Mayweather in his top five toughest opponents.

“He didn’t fight. He ran for 12 rounds. That’s how he won. Honestly, I even feel sorry that fans watched his boring fights. This is not what they expect from us, from fighters,” said Pacquiao in an interview with the YouTube channel Fight Hub TV.

It is worth noting that the Filipino included Marco Antonio Barrera, Erik Morales, Juan Manuel Marquez, Oscar de la Hoya, Miguel Cotto, and Antonio Margarito in the top five.
