Rodriguez-Kafu for the WBC and WBO titles on July 19

A super flyweight unification bout between Jesse Rodriguez (21-0, 14 KOs) and Fumelela Kafu (11-0-3, 8 KOs) will take place on July 19 at Matchroom Boxing's Boxing Night in Dallas. This is reported by American journalist Dan Rafael.

The American, who holds championship belts according to the WBC and "The Ring" magazine, is considered one of the best boxers in the world regardless of weight category. Cafu holds the WBO title.

Rodriguez had two professional fights last year and last boxed in November. In October, Cafu won the WBO belt with a points victory over Kosei Tanaka.
