Daniel Dubois might have to face Derek Chisora in his next fight. The IBF will likely order Dubois to defend his world title against Chisora next month.

Dubois has been on a roll lately. He got a big win over Jarrell Miller in 2023, which boosted his confidence. Then he beat Filip Hrgovic by knockout, even though Hrgovic hit him hard. His biggest win came against Anthony Joshua. Dubois knocked out 'AJ' in the fifth round and even put him down in the first.

The champ was supposed to fight Joseph Parker in February, but he got sick and had to cancel. Now he's back in training and wants to take on Oleksandr Usyk for all the belts. But it looks like he'll have to defend his IBF title first.

Sky Sports reports that the IBF will order Dubois to fight Chisora next month. Dubois seems okay with this idea. He told Podlounge:

"After the main three guys I'm thinking about yeh, why not, Why not Chisora? I feel like that's a good fight for me really. In my eyes, that's a good come back fight. Let's see."

Chisora is a popular heavyweight from London. He's had 49 fights and says he wants to stop after 50. A world title shot against Dubois could be a great way to end his career.

This fight could happen soon. It'll be interesting to see if Dubois can keep his title and move on to bigger fights, or if Chisora can pull off a surprise in what might be his last chance at a world title.
