Terence Crawford will move up two weight classes to fight Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez. The match between these two four-weight world champions might happen in September.

Crawford currently fights at super-welterweight. He'll jump up to super-middleweight to face Canelo. The Mexican star has fought as high as light-heavyweight but now dominates the super-middleweight division. If Crawford reaches the 168-pound limit, he'll still give up 14 pounds to Canelo.

Canelo brings a wealth of experience to the ring. He's fought 66 times as a pro, winning 63, losing 2, and drawing 1.

Turki Alalshikh of Riyadh Season wants to make this fight happen. He's shared photos with both fighters recently. Julius Julianis from ESPN Deportes reported that a deal is on the table for a September main event.

Shakur Stevenson, a three-weight world champion and close friend of Crawford, shared his thoughts with Boxing News:

"I think it's very difficult. Canelo's got the IQ, he's got the size, he's got the power, maybe. It's a very difficult fight, but I think if anybody can get it done it's Terence Crawford."

Fans are waiting to hear more about this match-up. Just a year ago, this fight seemed unlikely. Now, it feels like it's just around the corner.

Crawford's impressive record and achievements make this an intriguing contest. We'll have to wait and see if these two champions will indeed face off in the ring.
