Usyk walked away with the win in their first bout back in May. The Ukrainian fighter became the undisputed heavyweight champion, adding Fury's belt to his collection. Since then, Usyk has vacated one title but still holds the WBC, WBA, and WBO belts.
Fury, the British challenger, wants to keep his name in the mix as one of the best of his generation. He's expected to step into the ring heavier this time, hoping to use his size advantage against the smaller Usyk.
Famed trainer and analyst Teddy Atlas thinks Usyk will come out on top again. In an interview with YouTube, Atlas explained his prediction:
"Usyk. Why am I going with Usyk? Same reason I went with him the first time … the greatest trait of Usyk, he finds a way to win. He's always found a way since he was a kid."
Atlas pointed to Usyk's impressive track record:
"Winning the Olympic Gold Medal, winning the cruiserweight title, consolidating the titles, going to another country and fighting the bigger heavyweight for the heavyweight title and then, just to show it wasn't a fluke, he goes back to that country and beats him a second time."
The veteran trainer also thinks the first fight took more out of Fury:
"They left a piece of themselves in the ring the last time they fought. You know what it comes down to for me? Who left more of themself in the ring. I'm gonna say Fury did, and that's why I'm picking Usyk."
Fans can catch all the action live on DAZN. With both fighters hungry for victory, we're in for an epic showdown. Will Usyk repeat his previous success, or will Fury turn the tables? We'll find out soon enough.
