Fury lost to Usyk in May by split decision. The loss stopped Fury from becoming the first undisputed heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis. Right after the fight, Fury decided he wanted another shot and activated the rematch clause in their contract.
Duke McKenzie MBE, who won world titles in three weight classes, doesn't think Fury can win this time. He shared his thoughts in an interview recently.
"Fury's legs are completely shot to pieces. He can't bounce around the ring for twelve rounds, he proved that in the last fight. He's not the same as when he beat Klitschko."
McKenzie believes Fury's recent weight gain shows he's preparing for one last big fight. He said Fury's attitude seems to be, "If I'm going out, I'm going out on my shield on my terms."
The former champion thinks Fury only has a puncher's chance, but even that's unlikely. He explained why:
"Usyk doesn't go down unless it's a low blow. We've never seen Usyk rocked or really hurt. He managed to disguise when he was hurt in their previous fight. Usyk is too smart and would have learned from previous mistakes."
The fight will happen just before Christmas in Saudi Arabia. Fans will see if Fury can prove the doubters wrong or if Usyk will cement his place at the top of the heavyweight division.
