Tyson Fury wants Francis Ngannou to step back into the boxing ring. The heavyweight champion thinks another fight with the former UFC star could be a big moneymaker.

Fury knows a thing or two about rematches and trilogies. He's faced Derek Chisora three times over 15 years, winning all of their bouts. His rivalry with Deontay Wilder was even more dramatic. Their first fight ended in a draw, but Fury stopped Wilder in their second and third meetings.

Now, Fury's got his eye on Ngannou for a potential rematch. The two fought in 2023, with Fury winning on points. But it wasn't an easy night for the "Gypsy King." Ngannou shocked everyone by knocking Fury down, making a big impression in his boxing debut.

Speaking on the "Pound 4 Pound with Kamaru & Henry" show, Fury said:

"Sure I'd like to see him back in the boxing game. Heavyweight boxing is special when the guys are as big as Anthony Joshua and Ngannou and they are teeing off on each other with haymakers. Anyone can go at any time, 'AJ' knocked Ngannou out with that right hand, but 'AJ' has been knocked out cold himself, sprawled out on the canvas so it can happen to anybody. I'd like to see Ngannou back."

Fury didn't shy away from admitting his financial interest in a rematch:

"I thought he was a good boxer. I had a tough fight with him myself. I'd like [to fight him again]. There's another s**t ton of money I'd like to make. I'll get that massive bag again. Who wouldn't?"

But Fury's got other business to handle first. He's set for a rematch with Oleksandr Usyk on December 21, after losing their first undisputed heavyweight title clash in May. Fury's already hinting at a possible third fight if he evens the score.

And there's still the long-awaited showdown with Anthony Joshua. Fury believes they'll face off before either of them hangs up their gloves.

For now, Fury's keeping his options open. He's clearly interested in big fights and even bigger paydays. Whether it's Ngannou, Usyk, or Joshua, the heavyweight division's got plenty of action on the horizon.
