IBF welterweight champion Jaron Ennis has assured that he intends to knockout Karen Chukhajian in their upcoming rematch.
"In the first fight with Karen, the issue wasn't what he did, it was that I didn't listen to my team, I was too slow and so on. This time it's going to be different. It doesn't matter what he offers, whether he tries to box or go forward, but we'll be ready for it. We're going to take him out.
Honestly, I don't care what Karen shows. Like I said, I'll be ready. Perhaps he'll move since he's been in a ring with me before. I'll unequivocally put him down. It's going to be a loud statement. But I'm not loaded for it. I'm just going to enjoy myself and not rush into anything. I'll put on a show and be me," Ennis said in an interview with YouTube channel The Stomping Ground.
As a reminder, Ennis' rematch with Chouhadjian will take place on the night of November 10 in Philadelphia.
