Tyson Fury has taken a swipe at Anthony Joshua's character. The Gypsy King thinks AJ's decision not to jump straight back in with Daniel Dubois shows a lack of fighting spirit.

Fury shared his thoughts with iFL TV about Joshua potentially backing out of a rematch with Dubois. AJ lost to Dubois inside five rounds at Wembley Stadium in September. The fight drew a record crowd and saw Joshua hit the canvas several times before the final knockout.

"If you get beat by somebody you rematch them, and if you don't, it says a lot about your character if you don't rematch them and they beat you. All the times I've had tough fights I've rematched them, but that's just me. I'd be chomping on the bit to get straight back in there."

Fury has walked the walk when it comes to rematches. He's faced Deontay Wilder, Derek Chisora, and John McDermott more than once in his career. It's worth noting that none of these rematches came after losses for Fury.

Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn has hinted that the rematch might not happen in February as planned. He cited injury concerns as the reason AJ might not be ready.

Fury didn't hold back when discussing the potential cancellation:

"I've heard on the grapevine that's not happening. I fancy him again as well, same result. But even if he loses again, four losses or five, it's pretty similar isn't it?"

Both heavyweight stars are coming off recent losses. Fury is gearing up for his own rematch on December 21. He'll face Usyk with the unified WBC, WBA and WBO world champion titles on the line.
