Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk got together in London to talk about their next big fight. The two heavyweights will face off again after their first match ended with Usyk winning.
Five months ago, Usyk beat Fury in a close fight. The judges gave Usyk the win, even though some people thought Fury did enough to win. Usyk had Fury in trouble in the ninth round, scoring a big 10-8 round.
After the fight, Fury quickly asked for a rematch. Usyk agreed and gave up his IBF belt to make it happen. Daniel Dubois now holds that belt after he knocked out Anthony Joshua.
At the press conference, things were pretty calm. Usyk showed up dressed like Agent 47 from the Hitman video games. He brought a briefcase with two photos for Fury to sign. One photo showed Usyk landing a big right hand on Fury.
Fury signed the photos and said he's going for a knockout this time. He thinks he'll do better in the rematch, just like he has in the past.
"I'm coming for the knockout," Fury said. "Look at my track record in rematches. It backs up what I'm saying."
Usyk's manager, Egis Klimas, joked that the signed photo would be on eBay the next day.
The rematch will happen on December 21 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The first fight was a big deal, with all the heavyweight titles on the line. Usyk became only the second boxer ever to hold all the belts at both cruiserweight and heavyweight.
Usyk's still undefeated and feels good about his chances. Fury thinks the judges got it wrong last time and wants to set things straight.
Sky Sports Boxing shared a video of the press conference on Twitter, showing the two fighters face to face. It looks like we're in for another big night of boxing come December.
