Juan Manuel Marquez Reveals Shocking Winner of Prime Pacquiao vs Mayweather: "No Contest"

Juan Manuel Marquez thinks Floyd Mayweather would beat Manny Pacquiao if they fought in their prime. The Mexican boxing legend shared his opinion in a recent interview, drawing from his experience of facing both fighters at their peak.

Marquez fought Pacquiao four times between 2004 and 2012. Their battles were close, with one draw, two losses for Marquez, and one knockout win. On the other hand, Mayweather beat Marquez in a one-sided fight in 2009, even knocking him down in the second round.

Pacquiao, known as "PacMan," made history by winning world titles in eight different weight classes. Mayweather, who calls himself "The Best Ever," retired with a perfect 50-0 record and is known for his amazing defense.

When asked about a hypothetical prime matchup between the two, Marquez said:

"I think Mayweather because he has a difficult style. I said for a fight you need two fighters and Mayweather is very, very difficult to connect [with] punches. He's a top fighter."

Mayweather and Pacquiao did fight in 2015 in what was called the "Fight of the Century." Mayweather won by a clear decision, but many fans felt the fight happened too late in Pacquiao's career.

While Mayweather still does exhibition matches, there's talk of Pacquiao making a comeback against some big names. It looks like their rivalry might not be over just yet.
