Lennox Lewis Reveals Surprising Factor That Will Decide Fury-Usyk Rematch: "It's Not About Size"

Tyson Fury will get another shot at Oleksandr Usyk on December 21 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The two heavyweights will face off again for the undisputed title after Usyk won their first encounter.

Usyk got the better of Fury last time out, winning on points and hurting the Brit in the eighth and ninth rounds. The victory gave Usyk undisputed status and handed Fury his first professional loss.

Before their first fight, Fury claimed Usyk was too small to compete at heavyweight. That didn't turn out to be the case, and now Fury must regroup for the rematch.

Former undisputed champion Lennox Lewis shared his thoughts on the upcoming fight in an interview with IFL TV. He believes Fury will learn from the first fight:

"Yeah, I mean I Iook at Tyson Fury, he's an up and down guy, he goes up and he does down. I think he will look back at the fight and realise there is a couple things he should do, and will do."

Lewis also praised Usyk's mentality:

"Usyk is a great fighter, he's got a great mentality behind him, his country's at war, so when they fight he will still think he's at war, it's going to be a serious fight and I can't wait to see it."

The former champ expects Fury to make the necessary adjustments:

"Fury knows what he needs to do. He's been at the bottom, he's been at the top, right now he's at the bottom and he knows what he needs to do to get to the top. It's going to be a great fight, he wants to be undisputed as well. When he looks at the fight he knows there is a couple things he should have done and he's going to go in there and do them."

The winner of Fury-Usyk II could face the victor of this weekend's IBF title fight between Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois in another undisputed contest.
