Lawrence Okolie Reveals Key Insight on Joshua-Dubois Clash: "There's a Chink..."

Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois are set to face off in a big heavyweight clash. The two British boxers will fight for the IBF heavyweight title on September 21 at Wembley Stadium.

Dubois got the title after Oleksandr Usyk gave it up. Usyk had to drop the belt because he had to fight Tyson Fury next. This left the door open for Dubois and Joshua to battle for the vacant title.

Dubois wasn't a full champ before this. He was the interim champion and got a big win over Filip Hrgovic. That win moved him up to the top spot.

Lawrence Okolie, the WBC Bridgerweight World Champion, thinks Joshua will win. Okolie has trained with both fighters and shared his thoughts in an interview.

"If AJ's able to be one thing – consistent – working well behind his long straight punches, he should get the job done. And I think AJ of all heavyweights is pretty consistent. That's why I favour him."

Okolie pointed out that Dubois is strong and tough. But he also said Dubois can be weak at times. We've seen this before. Joe Joyce stopped Dubois when he hurt his eye socket. And Kevin Lerena knocked Dubois down three times in one round, though Dubois came back to win that fight.

The fight will happen on September 21 at Wembley Stadium. Joshua wants to become a three-time heavyweight champion. Dubois hopes to take over as the UK's top heavyweight. It's a big fight with a lot on the line for both men.
