Bellew discourages Usyk from returning to the first heavyweight division

British boxing veteran titlist Tony Bellew believes that Oleksandr Usyk should not retire from the super heavyweight division.

"We were communicating with Usyk on this topic. I told him, 'You know, there's no benefit in it, there's no good in it. Your body has taken time to adjust and adapt to super heavyweight.' He thinks he can get back to the top heavyweight. But it's not easy, the body gets used to it.

He'll figure it out and change his mind. Look, no one has been able to beat Usyk yet. I really want Alexander to beautifully walk off into the sunset undefeated," - said Bellew in an interview with Seconds Out.

Recall, May 18, Usyk defeated Tyson Fury by split decision of judges and became the absolute world champion in the heavyweight division. June 26, the Ukrainian refused to give up the IBF belt.
