WBC lightweight champion of the world Shakur Stevenson spoke on the topic of a possible fight between the WBA titleholder in the same division Gervonta Davis and the owner of the IBF belt Vasyl Lomachenko.
"I still think that due to Lomachenko's skills and abilities it will be a good fight. I don't think Vasyl is a passable opponent, even though he's older. Given his experience and knowledge, it all comes down to whether Lomachenko can hold the punches that Davis throws," Stevenson said in an interview with Seconds Out.
Recall, earlier promoter Bob Arum said that the fight Davis - Lomachenko may take place in the fall.
