Garcia announced the end of his career

Star American boxer Ryan Garcia has revealed that he has made the decision to hang up his gloves.

"I'm officially retired. There's so much corruption around that I had to get on with it. I may take up acting or singing. I'll keep practicing, but I'm in pain. I'm done with that. The saddest part is that I am a great boxer. Praying for everyone and hope everyone has a great life," wrote 25-year-old Ryan in X.

Recall that in late April, Garcia unexpectedly won on points over compatriot Devin Haney. Later, however, it became known that Ryan's doping test showed a positive result.
