Usyk-Fury sold 1.5 million broadcasts

The fight between Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) and Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs) sold 1.5 million pay-per-view broadcasts. This figure was announced by ESPN journalist Mike Coppinger. The broadcast was carried by the streaming service DAZN worldwide. The majority of PPVs were sold in the UK. The PPVs generated $50 million in revenue.

According to Coppinger, the event also recorded $40 million in sponsorship revenue and $3 million in ticket revenue. The total cost of organizing the fight was approximately $120 million.

The Fury-Usyk fight was the main event of the boxing evening organized on May 18 in Riyadh. The Ukrainian won on points and unified four world heavyweight titles.
