Former UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman said he has no plans to fight former welterweight division titleholder Jan Blachowicz.
"I'm no longer the champion, Blachowicz is no longer the champion, so this fight makes absolutely no sense, it won't give me anything. If I go out there and beat Jan, what will it do for me? Nothing, it's just another check. Just so you know, Jan, I have a lot of respect for you, a big, strong, tough guy, and I will gladly refuse your offer at this point," - quotes Usman Bloody Elbow.
Recall that Usman has not appeared in the octagon since October last year, when he lost by split decision to Khamzat Chimaev.
