"There are no questions to the referee". Bogachuk commented on the fight Usyk - Fury

The holder of the interim WBC light middleweight title Sergiy Bogachuk shared his impressions of the fight for the title of absolute champion in the super heavyweight division between Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury.

- Very cool fight, I got a lot of emotions from it. Usyk did well in general, the fight was very cool, there are no questions to him at all.

Everyone should understand that ours got a little nervous, I think, in the 6th round, where Usyk missed a few punches. We have to realize that Tyson Fury is a very serious opponent and what Alexander did to him is powerful.

I liked the fact that from the beginning he was punching a lot on the body, these punches are not visible, but they are very felt, they were effective and unpleasant for Fury. Usyk did a great job on the body, translating to the head, I liked the fight a lot.

- The episode in the 9th round with the so-called knockdown. Do you think the referee acted in accordance with the rules, should he let Usyk finish and record the knockout?

- I believe that the referee acted according to the rules. Someone says that he should have stopped the fight, perhaps with other athletes could have stopped. But I say, I've seen fights where Fury went down and everyone said he wouldn't get up, but he got up and won. Tyson is not the boxer he seems to be.

If the referee had stopped the fight, there could have been some complaints. But as it was, the fight continued, Fury stood all the rounds, there were no questions for the referee. In general, it was a great moment.

- After the 12th round, were you worried about the result?

- No, I saw that Usyk won.
