Haye doubts that Usyk and Fury will have a rematch

Former world champion David Haye believes that Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury are unlikely to share the ring again.

"What courage, determination, strategy, plan for the fight. I didn't expect Usyk to come at Tyson Fury the way he did. He didn't leave it to himself, just like he said before the fight. Usyk stood by him every second. Fury would walk away, but Usyk would shorten the distance again and keep applying pressure. He wore Tyson Fury down, made him waste gas over and over again until there was nothing left. The ninth round really set the seal. The referee counted Fury out with a standing knockdown. A lot of people say that if the ropes hold your opponent down, it counts as a knockdown. Well, then that means there were three knockdowns in the ninth round because the ropes held Fury down three or four times.

But who cares about that? The strongest man won. I'm not sure there will be a rematch here. For one reason or another, I don't feel they will have a rematch. But what a fight! Usyk, you are a legend," - said Haye.

Recall that on May 18, Usyk defeated Fury by split decision of judges (115-112, 114-113, 113-114) and became the absolute world champion in the heavyweight division.
