Garcia called Haney an unpopular boxer

Ryan Garcia, a popular American boxer, accused his closest rival Devin Haney of not taking part in the promotion of their fight at all. According to Ryan, this is what led to low ticket sales.

"I want the arena to be full. But tickets, I think, are very expensive. Not every American is going to be able to buy a $300-$500 ticket in the top row. Haney is not a popular fighter. I've been promoting the fight myself. Nobody wants to watch a guy like him," Garcia stated.

The bout between Haney and Garcia will take place on April 20. At stake in that fight will be the WBC bantamweight title, which belongs to Devin.
