Former UFC champion in two weight classes Daniel Cormier shared his memories of a clash with Jon Jones at a press conference in 2014.
“When we had a scuffle at the press conference before the fight with Jones, I was still an undefeated fighter. And here we are at MGM-Grand, John hit me with his head, I pushed him. We're both alpha males. So he attacked me in vain.
And here we are fighting, Joe, a security guard from the UFC, fell under me. We were all flying off the stage, and then I wanted to bite the asshole because he knocked me to the ground,” Cormier said on Joe Rogan’s podcast.

Let us remember that Cormier and Jones crossed paths twice in the Octagon. In 2015, John won by unanimous decision, and two years later - by knockout. The result of the second fight was annulled due to Jones' positive doping test.
