Edwards: 'Covington is just another guy in my path'

UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards commented on the upcoming fight against the former interim title holder Colby Covington, which will take place on December 16th in the main event of UFC 296 in Las Vegas.

“I think this dude is a clown. But that doesn’t stop me from being focused on getting into the Octagon, smashing it, defending my title for the second time and continuing on my way. He’s just another guy in my path and I’m going to finish him,” Edwards said in an interview with UFC Europe.
