Looks like a war of words between the interim UFC heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall and a full-fledged champion Jon Jones came to nothing. It all started with Tom offering to take the belt from Bones because he would be out for a long time due to injury. In response, Jones gave an emotional speech, calling Aspinall “a newbie who demands something.” Tom responded to this with a short post on social networks:
"You are right. Sorry, John."
Let us remind you that Aspinall won the title of interim champion, finishing Pavlovich in the first round.
