Ukrainian fighter of the UFC light heavyweight division Igor Poterya commented on his defeat at UFC On ESPN 52.

“Honestly, I’m not upset, I’m just offended that for the umpteenth time something happens to my body and it fails. A year ago, the doctor concluded that I have chronic fatigue, this is all due to the fact that I train a lot and give all my strength in the gym. I know what I am capable of and what I can do. But, unfortunately, at the most inopportune moment, once again such a problem with the body. The spirit cannot be taken away from me, I always go and will go to the end! I am Ukrainian and I am proud of it. Perhaps I really need to think about it and change the weight category, since I am very small for heavyweights. But I’ve been fighting with big boys all my life, but I don’t regret anything. I will draw conclusions with the team and return invincible! I want to say that God has his own plans for each of us, so first of all you need to remain human and believe in your strength and never give up. I am extremely grateful to God for everything, the ways of the Lord are inscrutable, so the further, the more interesting. I give credit to my opponent, I saw his eyes roll back 4 times, I hit him very hard, but I didn’t understand why the referee didn’t stop the fight, but my opponent survived it all and did his job, for which I congratulate him and wish him a speedy recovery. Thank you all for your support dears, it is felt. “Happiness to all,” wrote Loss on social networks.

Let us remind you that Lost lost to Bellato via TKO in the second round.
