Burns wants to fight Covington
Former UFC welterweight title challenger Gilbert Burns spoke about his preferences in choosing his next opponent.
“I plan to return in March or April, but everything will depend on how the title fight ends. I think Leon Edwards will win, so I would love to fight Covington.
But a lot can still change. No one knows how long Colby will need to recover,” BJ Penn quotes the Brazilian.
Let us remind you that the fight between Edwards and Covington will be the main event of the UFC 296 tournament, which will take place on December 16 in Las Vegas.
