Egis Klimas, manager of the former world champion in three weight categories Vasily Lomachenko, spoke about his mentee’s career plans.
“We expect him to return next year. After the so-called defeat, he said he didn't want to do anything until the end of the year. He takes the pause calmly and goes about his business at home. Next year we will return and explore options. We will not agree to any fight, he wants to fight for the lightweight title,” the functionary said.
Let us remind you that earlier Klimas did not rule out that Lomachenko would meet Kambosos in his next fight.
