UFC middleweight champion American Sean Strickland stated that the best striker he ever trained with was last year's PFL Welterweight Grand Prix winner from Sweden, Sadibu Sy.
“Sadibu would have become the UFC welterweight champion. And then I would probably have to defend my title in a fight with him. Sadi is the best striker I have ever sparred with. This guy is good because he thinks. When he spars, he calculates and understands everything.
If you want to become a high-quality drummer, a lot depends on your mind. How is IQ level determined? This is the ability to see patterns and predict. And when you’re sparring, you’re just reading patterns and predicting actions,” MMA Weekly quotes Strickland as saying.
Let us remind you that on January 20, in the main event of the UFC 297 tournament in Toronto, Strickland will meet with Dricus Du Plessis.
