Former UFC light heavyweight title challenger Magomed Ankalaev stated that he would like to fight the newly crowned division champion Alex Pereira after his next fight.
“We need to finish things off with Walker and then Pereira,” Ankalaev wrote in X.
Earlier it was reported that the Dagestani could have a re-fight with Brazilian Johnny Walker before the end of this year. The first meeting of these fighters took place on October 21 at the UFC 294 tournament and was declared invalid due to an illegal knee strike from Ankalaev.
