Poirier: 'I'm not trying to come up with a comeback story'

Former interim UFC lightweight champion Dustin Poirier answered a question about his plans for the next year.

“I don’t really have any special plans. I'm just training, trying to keep improving. When they call and name the right name, I will know who my opponent will be. This is what we will build on. So I’m not trying to plan anything, I’m not trying to come up with a comeback story or anything like that,” MMA Mania quotes the American.

Let us remember that in his last appearance in the Octagon, Poirier lost by knockout to Justin Gaethje.
