Islam Makhachev, UFC lightweight champion, did not rule out the possibility that he might try his hand at boxing in the future.
“I’d love to just try it. Ngannou showed what level a professional fighter can reach by switching to boxing. There was a lot of talk that Fury wasn't ready, but it was a fight, who cares who isn't ready? Fury was knocked down, he showed boxing in a bad face, and now the conversations between boxers and fighters are relevant,” the fighter said.
