One of the trainers of the former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou Dewey Cooper commented on the elbow strike by the WBC heavyweight title holder Tyson Fury held his charge in the face.
Let us remember that on October 28, Ngannou gave a tough fight to Fury, losing only by a close split decision.
“One hundred percent that Fury’s elbow was intentional. This shows despair. When things don't go as easy or as cool as you thought, these things happen. It was a sign of desperation.
I’m disappointed that the referee didn’t even say anything or punish him for this, because it really mattered in the fight,” the Boxing Scene specialist quotes.
