Former UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker declared his readiness to meet in the cage with the owner of the belt in the division below Kamaru Usman.
Let us remember that last weekend at the UFC 294 tournament, Usman made his debut in the up to 84 kg category, losing by majority decision to Khamzat Chimaev.
“I don’t think this fight is bad. Do you think Usman will be forced to go through the rankings? He certainly deserves to fight the top middleweights. How well will he do? We'll find out. But seeing new blood at the top is exciting. I hope he will. It’s going to be fun,” Whittaker said on MMArcade Podcast
