Jones supported Adesanya's decision to pause his career

UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones expressed words of support to the former holder of the middle division belt Israel Adesanya, who the day before announced his decision to take a break from his career.

ā€œHey Izzy, IĀ just want to say that I support your decision to take a break. Taking a break is one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Always put yourself first, brother. Protect your heart, protect your soul andĀ spirit. Proud of you, champ,ā€ Jones wrote on X.
