UFC lightweight champion Islam Makhachev I am sure that he is in the prime of his strength, and therefore does not yet see his retirement from the sport on the horizon.

“Yesterday I took tests, looked at my general physical condition and endurance. From year to year the indicators are only growing. This time I did much better than even my coach expected. So I’m not standing still, I’m not going back, the numbers are only growing, and I’m not yet thinking about retiring from my career,” Makhachev said in an interview with the UFC.
