Chimaev explained the transition to middleweight

Undefeated UFC fighter Khamzat Chimaev, who will represent the UAE from the next match, explained why he decided to move up to the middle division.

“This is a different division, different power. I eat differently, I don’t go hungry anymore. When I was middle-aged, I ate only rice: rice with chicken, rice with fish. It was kind of crazy. Now I work out more, eat more, have more energy. So everything is great.

Of course, I will still have to lose weight, but not as much as before. Over the next 25 days I will gradually reduce the amount I eat. Now everything is different,” Chimaev said in a release on his YouTube channel.
