Mbili scores early win over Nicholson

Christian Mbilli (25-0, 21 KOs), ranked number one in the WBC super middleweight rankings, knocked out Demond Nicholson (26-6-1, 22 KOs) in the fourth round in the main event of the boxing evening in Canada. At stake in the fight was the WBC Continental Americas belt in the weight category up to 76 kilograms. Mbilli completely dominated the American from the first gong.

The American was knocked down three times before the fight was stopped. As a result, 28-year-old Mbilli won his second victory this year.
