Former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov admitted that in his third year of sports retirement, he got bored with weight loss.
“Honestly, I want to experience these emotions again. Why? This is an excellent question. An ordinary fan cannot understand this. Such emotions are nowhere to be found. These are the emotions that you feel only on that day, at that moment and in that state.
The happiest weight race ever? Last. It was filled with different emotions - I knew that this was my last fight. Driven very well. I don’t know what videos were released there, but I did a positive cut. At that moment, I was already bored, because I knew that I would not return there again. I both suffered and enjoyed it, ”said Khabib.
Recall that Nurmagomedov ended his career in October 2020. In his last fight, the undefeated Dagestani defeated Justin Gaethje by submission.
