Top bantamweight UFC fighter Merab Dvalishvili made an appeal to the newly-made champion of the division Sean O'Malley.

“Shawn, you should have a rematch with Sterling or fight me. You are an excellent fighter. Now that you've become a champion, you have to fight the strongest - it's me and Aljamain. You shouldn't fight guys who are not in the top 5, and those who come after the defeat.

I am on a streak of nine wins. Everyone knows that I am a real contender for the belt. And Sterling is a great champion who deserves a rematch, ”Sportkeeda quotes Dvalishvili.
